The Combined Lions Clubs of Kāpiti Book Fair is one of the district’s most loved community events, bringing thousands of quality pre‑loved books together under one roof for a great cause. Run collaboratively by the Lions Clubs across the Kāpiti Coast, the volunteers collect, sort, and prepare an impressive range of fiction, non‑fiction, children’s books, puzzles, and more. It’s a chance for locals to discover new reads at affordable prices while supporting the Lions’ ongoing work in the community.
Every dollar raised helps fund local projects, services, and groups that make a real difference in people’s lives. Since the Book Fair began, hundreds of thousands of dollars have been returned to local organisations and community projects, and with your help we’ll continue making a real difference.
